Mentoring
In the world of Analog and RFIC design, the hardest part isn't always the math or the tools - it’s the uncertainty of the 'next step'.
I often see brilliant students pouring endless effort into textbooks, yet feeling like they are drifting. This usually isn't a lack of hard work; it’s simply the absence of a partner to talk through the trade-offs of research, graduate paths, and career strategy.
I’m looking to connect with those who need a collaborator for the "big picture". Whether you are looking for a small way to collaborate in Analog/RFIC, or you simply need a partner to talk to because you have no idea which direction to take your future - I am opening my calendar for informal 1:1 discussions. We can talk through:
- Research direction: paper reading strategy, topic selection, and framing contributions
- Graduate study: school/lab matching, SOP/CV feedback and interview prep
- Career planning: portfolio review, internship strategies
Mentoring works in 1:1 online session + async feedback (Vietnamese students are especially welcome to reach out.)

Sometimes, a short conversation save months of uncertainty.
